An integrated legal and engineering perspective
A property file can involve title, planning, tax, contract and physical-condition issues at the same time. An engineering background helps frame the right questions, understand technical documents and coordinate legal strategy with experts when required. It does not replace a property inspection or expert opinion where one is needed; it strengthens the legal review and the management of the case.
Personal and clear representation
Clients receive a clear explanation of the process, the principal risks, the documents required and the decisions that must be made. The scope of work and fees are agreed for the specific matter.
